Hi, I’m Louise a Product Designer with a background in healthcare, education, and content creation. Before moving into product design, I spent over 15 years working in high-pressure, people-centred environments, including geriatric hospital wards and special education classrooms. These experiences shaped how I approach design today: with empathy, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility for the people using what I create. I bring this first hand perspective into every design decision, with a particular focus on accessibility, usability, and trust.
